Brilliant product that arrived super quick. For something so small, it tucks away into a little corner without cluttering up the desk, it has made so much space on the pc memory. Ideal for documents, photos, videos etc.
One tip I was given - don't install the software or it will control how you use it. Far more versatile and user friendly without installation.

I'm not sure why so many have problems with the micro USB because when I received mine I simply pushed it in and went in perfectly.
Like a previous reviewer mentioned, perhaps they are not pushing it right in? I did notice if it is not pushed in fully you won't hear a *click* and the cable will just hang there.
as for the drive, Good product, nice appearance, small considering it's 250gb.

This is the 3rd hard drive I have bought. Each one of us in the family who has a computer now has a hard drive. It is easy to use and we have had no problems at all. The service and delivery were quick and I would recommend this product.

I've just got 2 of these drives and was concerned about the loose cable issue mentioned in the other reviews, BUT, I've had no problems at all with the connection. You do need to push it in firmly and then it's very secure.
Very stylish and compact. Very pleased with it!
